Step 1
Arrival Instructions:

On the day of your booking, you’ll receive a text
message at 6:45 am containing your registration number, which you’ll need to drop off your vehicle. Locker locations are on the South side at unit B9, with Eastbourne lockers situated in the centre of the building.
Use the door code provided in the text; the locks turn clockwise.

Step 2
Access Instructions:

Open your text message starting with your registration number and use the 6-digit code or open the link to generate a QR code. Additionally, you can leave a voice message of up to 60 seconds, directly accessible to the technician, detailing any faults you’d like them to address.

Step 3
Service Procedure:

Our technicians will carry out the service you’ve booked and conduct a comprehensive vehicle health check. Following this, a breakdown of the services provided, along with pricing details, will be emailed and texted to you.

Step 4
Review and Approval:

The results of your service and health check will be sent to you via email and text message. You’ll have the opportunity to review these and approve any additional work you’d like to be done during this visit.

Step 5
Payment Process:

If any additional work is authorised by you, you can pay for the scheduled work and any extras by following the link provided in the video.

Step 6
Completion and Collection:

Once the invoice is settled and your vehicle is complete, we’ll send another text containing your collection code. This code can be used for vehicle collection until 12 pm.
